Mountain’s Oven & Hotplate Cleaner is a tough working heavy-duty cleaner degreaser for the removal of fat and carbon deposits on ovens, grills, hot plates, deep fryers, stainless steel kitchen fittings, stove hoods, and baking trays. It has super grease-cutting power to remove baked-on grease and food debris and grime.

How to use:
Conventional Oven and Hotplates: Scrape off excess surface grease and food debris. Heat surfaces to approximately 80°C before application. Use undiluted, spread and agitate with a griddle tool. Do not spray because of the high pH. Rinse off and dry with a paper towel.
Convotherm Oven: Ensure oven is below 60°C. Dilute 1 part product to 2 parts water. Follow with Mountain Rinse Aid.
Caution: Take care using on aluminium and painted surfaces. Nore: Will discolour if used undiluted on aluminium and not washed off immediately. Repeated use on aluminium could eventually pit the surface. The product will dissolve paint on surfaces if left on for any time.
